These Terms & Conditions (“T&Cs”) govern participation in the Tap & Pay Rewards Program (“the Program”) operated by ZAS (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using Tap & Pay and participating in the Program, you (“the customer”, “you”) agree to these T&Cs.

1. Eligibility
• The Program is open to all Tap & Pay users with an active and valid account.
• ZAS reserves the right to verify eligibility and may decline or revoke participation at any time.

2. Reward Structure
• Airtime Rewards: Customers with monthly Tap & Pay transactions between R0 and R40,000 will receive airtime rewards equal to 10% of their transaction fees.
• Cash Rewards: Customers with monthly Tap & Pay transactions exceeding R50,000 will receive cash rewards equal to 10% of their transaction fees, credited directly to their account.
• Rewards are calculated based on total completed and successful Tap & Pay transactions per calendar month.
• Rewards are disbursed within 10 business days of the following month.

3. Exclusions & Limitations
• Only successful transactions are eligible. Failed, reversed, or disputed transactions do not qualify.
• Transactions made fraudulently or in breach of ZAS’s general Terms of Service are excluded.
• Rewards are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for alternative benefits, unless explicitly stated.
• ZAS reserves the right to cap, adjust, or withdraw rewards in cases of suspected abuse, manipulation, or error.

4. Program Changes & Termination
• ZAS may amend, suspend, or terminate the Program (including reward rates, eligibility, and structure) at any time without prior notice.
• Any changes will be published on the official ZAS website and will apply prospectively.

5. Liability
• ZAS will not be liable for any loss, damage, or expense arising from participation in the Program, except where required by law.
• Rewards are provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind.

6. Governing Law
• These T&Cs are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
• Any disputes arising from the Program shall be subject to the jurisdiction of South African courts.
